From Overweight Chef to Longevity Specialist
At 30, I was overweight, unfit, exhausted, and heading down the same path most people accept as “normal” decline.
I didn’t recognise the person I had become.
So I rebuilt myself from the ground up.
Over the last 20 years, I transformed my health, body, and life — from struggling with energy and weight to competing on world bodybuilding stages and becoming a Welsh Champion.
But what mattered more than the trophies was the realisation that changed everything:
